The following are a list of unique policies for the online store of Sengenberger Ltd. By conducting business, you agree to all the terms and conditions indicated below.
ORDER PROCESSING
JimmySengenberger.com works with several partner merchants to provide all the cool merchandise found on his website. Each of our partner merchants have different processing and delivery times. Most orders start processing right away. However, in some cases, orders may take additional time to process, and could take up to 5 additional business days (excluding weekends). By placing your order, you agree to release us from responsibility if your item ships or is processed late.
SHIPPING
Due to the unique partnership Sengenberger Ltd. has with several suppliers and / or merchants, some orders do not ship from our facilities and may ship elsewhere, including, but not limited to different cities, states, or provinces within the United States of America, Canada, or other locations throughout the world. Some locations are limited to what services can be used for shipping, so the shipments of any orders will be sent with the most cost-effective economical means of shipping. Certain services may ship expedited but will be done based on the discretion of Sengenberger Ltd. and/or its merchants, partners, or suppliers.
The shipping charges are listed below, based on Category and are subject to change with or without notice and the respective shipping prices may change with or without notice and Sengenberger Ltd. shall not be held liable for wrong information being listed.
Shipping rate is based on highest price of the item(s) being purchased.
Sengenberger Ltd. is happy to offer free shipping on orders $199 or more or large bulk orders. For bulk orders, please contact Jimmy Sengenberger at jimmy@jimmysengenberger.com.
At this time, Sengenberger Ltd. does not ship outside of the USA.
HOLIDAY CUTOFF
During holidays, sometimes the shipping carriers can become overwhelmed. It is recommended that your order be places at least 14 business days in advance of Christmas, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day. While other holidays may have impact, these holidays listed are the most vulnerable to shipping times.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Sengenberger Ltd. will offer returns or an exchange of defective merchandise only within 30 calendar days from the date in which the product ships from Sengenberger Ltd., or its partners, merchants, or suppliers. The products must be in their original packaging and must not have signs of use. You must email us to let us know you wish to return and the reason. Email us at jimmy@jimmysengenberger.com
Purchaser must return the item with postage paid back to Sengenberger Ltd. to the address of 18121 E. Hampden Ave., Unit C #575, Aurora, CO 80013.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange. Further, it shall be known that any return will be refunded to the payment method that was used. If that method is not available, store credit will be the only option made available.
